Servicing our clients since 1975, Schifrin, Gagnon & Dickey (SGD, Inc.) has provided high quality claim adjustments, investigations, and TPA/claim administration services.

Our staff of experienced and highly trained adjusters handle a wide variety of claims. We take care to provide attentive and detailed service. Our clients appreciate the extra level of service that we give each claim.

We pride ourselves in the fact that many of our clients have been with us for over 30 years. We solicit our clients’ needs and expectations and incorporate them into our service. This insures that our scope of work and charges are never a surprise.

SGD provides complete claim services to insurers and self-insured’s. We investigate and adjust claims on a task or full adjustment basis. We also act as Third-Party Administrators for domestic carriers, British Insurers and Lloyd’s Syndicates.

We use state of the art hardware and software to investigate, report on and manage claims, produce loss runs and bordereaus, and provide analytical information for our clients.

We employ many adjusters that work from their home. This allows us to use our own employees to handle every claim within the State of California.

We have a time-tested network of adjusters and investigators that allows us to be confident in our administration of claims throughout the United States.
